Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and which Iris features are active, you may be able to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. You can also manage marketing, optional cookies, memory, and any voluntary content-contribution program.
Memory controls
The production app is intended to let users:
- Turn memory on or off.
- See what Iris remembers and why it was saved.
- Correct or delete a saved item.
- Delete all saved memory.
- Prevent a removed item from being saved again without fresh permission.
- Understand how deleting a conversation differs from deleting saved memory.
Submit a privacy request
This form prepares an email. Iris may need to verify your identity and may ask for additional information that is reasonably necessary to locate the account.
Marketing messages
Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or request an opt-out. Transactional or security messages may still be sent when necessary to operate an account.
Optional improvement or training programs
Private conversations are not intended to be used to train a general-purpose AI model by default. If Iris later offers a voluntary contribution program, it must use a separate, specific consent screen and provide a way to stop future use.
Appeals and authorized agents
Where applicable, you may appeal a denied privacy request or authorize another person to act for you. Iris may verify identity and the agent’s authority before releasing, changing, or deleting information.
